Our health center is based in the University area of Charlotte, NC just minutes from Carolina Medical Center-University. Our doctor has developed a close relationship with the physicians there, co-managing patients and making appropriate referrals when needed.
Our office is an out-of-network provider. We collect payment at time of service. Our office will assist you in submitting each payment to your insurance carrier, which will apply to your annual out-of-network deductible. After you meet your out-of-network deductible, your insurance carrier will reimburse you for payments made. Check with your insurance carrier to verify your specific plan. The cost of each visit, following your initial visit, is set at $55.00.
