Growing up I thought I would have to live with back pain and headaches like my mother and grandmother had. Luckily, I was introduced to chiropractic care and from my first adjustment, my back pain disappeared and my headaches! I decided then that I wanted to bring chiropractic to others.

Today, I operate my own practice in Somers, caring for patients through light touch chiropractic and nutrition. My goal is to help patients in Somers, Mahopac and Katonah to heal, and teach them new strategies for health, healing and wellness. In this way I support a person to heal, grow and become all that they can be, naturally.
