Our Mission/Our Approach:
Our mission is to showcase and prove that we are like our slogan says- “Dynamic Neuromuscular Specialists.” The goal of Maywood Physical Therapy and Rehab Center is to treat and provide the best neuromuscular rehabilitation to patients. The goal of this clinic is to promote the well-being of patients by providing comprehensive and qualitative physical therapy, chiropractic care, and rehabilitative medicine. Our commitment to excellence in rehabilitation begins with a global approach via the physician's comprehensive examinations which establish a unique treatment plan for each of our patients.
Maywood Physical Therapy and Rehab Center’s approach is based on- proper structural support will provide optimal function through movement. Our functional model and the dynamic use of manual medicine into physical therapy and rehabilitation will provide a very extensive patient-by-patient protocol. Dr.Patel’s experience with the Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization- a scientific method that integrates the reflex neuromotor system and the central nervous system- will enable us to treat pain, sports injuries and orthopedic disorders at a more superior level than any other provider. Furthermore, not only will we treat your symptoms, but we will also resolve the cause of your pain. This will come through a team effort with both the doctor/therapist and the patient working hand in hand to gain the education required to manage the pain and incorporate healthy movement and spinal health into their daily lives. The practice philosophy is that optimal health and performance can be attained through proper stability by enabling correct function via mobility of joints and corresponding muscles. Thus through proper balance of exercise, nutrition, and care of the body's framework Maywood Physical Therapy and Rehab Center’s care will improve patients’ orthopedic conditions.
