Since 1998 Dr. Barainca has performed over 100,000 Chiropractic adjustments, mastering a wide variety of techniques. She currently offers manual manipulation as well as instrument adjusting and drop table techniques. She uses x-ray as well as exam findings and patient preference to determine which technique is best for each individual patient. She is passionate about teaching people how to achieve optimal health without the use of drugs or surgery. Dr. Barainca is a member of the American Chiropractic Association,as well as the Nevada Chiropractic Association. She served as secretary/ treasurer for the NCA in 2000 and was President of the NCA in 2001. Dr. Barainca resides in Reno with her husband Joe and their two children, Jake and Ella. When not in the office you may find her golfing, skiing, and attending a variety of sporting events.
