Koehler Chiropractic Center was originally founded in the early 1980's by Dr.Forrest Kogut and was known as Chain O'Lakes Health Clinic and has seen thousnds of patients through the years. Dr.Koehler took over the practice in 2010 after serving patients on the north side of Chicago for 26 years.
Koehler Chiropractic Center P.C. in Ingleside, Illinois is pleased to welcome you to our practice. We also serve surrounding areas of Round Lake, Antioch, Lakemoor, Lake Villa, McHenry, and Spring Grove . We want all our patients to be informed decision makers and fully understand any health issues you face.
We accept most insurance plans including but not limited to Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna, Private Health Care Systems, Family Health America, Labor Funds, and Medicare. Most Auto policies cover Chiropractic care as well as Workers Compensation policies.
We are open on Friday by appointment only.
