The Center for Wellness opened its doors in December of 2006. The Center is the vision of Sofiya Johnson, who owned a Wellness Center in London, England and moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2004 and Dr Tania Adams. They introduced a new technology using Light Therapy for any acute and chronic injuries and is the only Center in South Florida using Meditech’s Bioflex Laser Therapy.
