Payment is due when services are rendered unless previous arrangements are made.<br><br>While we accept assignment of qualified insurances, the patient is ultimately responsible for payment of their account.<br><br>Once your insurance has been verified and benefits are established, we will accept assignment. This means that you will be responsible for payment of your deductible (if not met) and the portion not covered by your instance company.
