Both doctors James Maxwell, MD and Angel Boev, MD are highly respected neurosurgeons in the Rochester area. Jennifer Gargano, MD is an extremely talented pain management specialist who practices in their clinic. These doctors all practice very conservatively and only recommend surgery if absolutely necessary. Having a close affiliation with their clinic is essential to providing complete care for musculoskeletal conditions that do not respond well to what we do. It is an honor to be affiliated with such a prestigious clinic. <br><br>Our goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality chiropractic care, and to educate them to make positive lifestyle changes.
