He established his Arlington, TX clinic in 2005.<br><br>We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Cigna and many other insurance companies. Please call and we can check your insurance benefits. However, we are out of network for A E T N A. health insurance. We accept workers compensation cases and we work with local orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons. We do not accept Medicare and Medicaid.<br><br>We also accept personal injury/auto accident cases. With patients who have P.I.P. (medpay) and letters of protection (L.O.P.) from attorneys.
